I haven't enjoyed this or found it easy to follow. Bought another by Paul Lam so this one is just gathering dust on a shelf. The actual dvd and packaging was in good condition but the content of the dvd is poor in my opinion

Very confusing DVD. I have done Tai Chi for 5 years and could not get my head round this. I would not recommend this or any of the series, BUT this may be because I am used to a different form. We are all different.
This DVD was bought for me at Christmas. I have done a couple of starter Tai Chi lessons and find that the exercise is easy and managable for me. This DVD excellent for the beginner or someone with a limited amount of time for exercise every day. It is easy to follow and understand. This DVD would be no good for the more experienced Tai Chi person as it only shows the short form of 25 exercises, the full course is about 120. I would recommend this to anyone who is thinking about starting Tai Chi, it's a good starter DVD.
