    Boots are clean and beautiful. As described. Wrapped nicely inside box, but tape and label on box were barely hanging on holding box together. Very disappointed with sellers “customer service”. Boots were not shipped for 10 days after payment. Shipping label was created after my status inquiry on day 7. No explanation, apologies or otherwise from seller. I’m happy with my purchased item but definitely underwhelmed by seller.
