The seller accepted the return, but I received a long , polite message asking me to check the measurements as advertised ( which I always do) , before buying. He then went into detail about how much it cost him to process a return.I wasn’t very happy to receive such a message as I felt uncomfortable at returning the item! Perhaps he should not accept returns if he cannot afford it ?Reply from: btr.style- Feedback replied to by seller btr.style.- Feedback replied to by seller btr.style.The message was to help as it didn't fit which could have been avoided if measurements clearly provided were checked before buying.It's a friendly message because as measurements weren't checked,you paid £3.25 to return jumper that's worth £6.99, a shame.It was explained that as a business we lose when someone doesn't check measurements as we don't get the postage back.Returns legally have to be accepted.Business is thriving but frustrating losing money because someone didn't check measurements.
