This is a good product for massaging out those kinks in your legs and back. I wish the product would have come with more details on exercises/stretches instead of googling what to do. The best foam roller out there
The best thing about this model versus cheaper rollers is the firm inside tube. Cheaper rollers will be all one material, generally being either too squishy or firm, depending on the material used. Incredibly rigid. (Shipping was a disaster!!)
The item itself is incredibly rigid, tough and haaard, so unless you like that kind of roller for some hard post-workout stuff, avoid it and get something more gentle.
