The only negative was that it came a bit dirty, but for what I paid (£152 with ebay discount code) I really cannot complain. It has a touchscreen display (which I only realised after a week 😂), it is fast and window 11pro works really well. This is the first time I bought a refurbished laptop and I am very happy with it. Didn't come with really any extra bloatware (did replace the AV though) and didn't take me long to get set up how I like it. I think it was very well valued for a 5 year old refurbished machine which was like £1.5k in its prime. A very good quality product. Did get that fresh paint smell I read in reviews but wasn't overpowering, however mine looked completely fresh and clean.
