The folding mechanism is also one of the simplest and easy. The brake system is good and the wheel chair seems durable and well able to carry adults and children. I found the wheels struggled with stones and slightly pulled to left so I requested a refund. The team was very considerate and helpful and provided some swift resolutions. The customer service was excellent.

I can only assume this is the fault of the manufacturer not the seller. Anyway I contacted the seller and they offered money towards rectifying, return/refund or a 25% refund (which I accepted). Otherwise, the item was as described and it arrived quickly.
