    When I realised the product was a computer file and not a hard copy book which I thought I was purchasing the seller became arrogant in his reply saying how can I email a copy.The copy you purchase is then drop boxed which if your not familiar with is a app you have to purchase a complete waste of my time and money feel completely ripped off
