All appears to work properly, including fingerprint reader, and it has a decent battery life. Superb quality screen, no dead pixels. If anything, screen size is a bit small for Win 11, which doesn't scale the task bar, but that's not Lenovo's fault! Overall, excellent service, great value !!

It has turned out to be in very good condition, just minor scratch mark at the bottom, but the front, screen and keyboard looks very good... It has been responsibly used... Started up quickly with Windows 11 and went through the processes quite seamlessly... Charger was in good condition as well... In process of transferring everything over from the old Lenovo laptop. Good purchase !

Laptop was packaged well in a bubble sleeve and and in a box. Laptop was in good condition but the fan was very loud. Message the seller who offered to replace the laptop. I asked if they could just send a replacement fan, which then did. Bought it when there was a discount promo so value was very good. Would buy from this seller again
