    Not what I expected,, in my ignorance I thought cup holder just wedged in place,, didn’t realise a retaining screw had to be screwed into dash to hold it in place,, and when screwed in still unstable so I won’t be using it,,, left with screw hole🤷‍♂️

    Hello Thank you for your feedback. I am not entirely sure what you mean - it's stable for me and for 300 other customers that have purchased it and never heard any complaints. The screw is only there to slightly tighten the cup holder in place - you're not meant to screw it in all the way. Please see my other feedback from numerous happy customers about it. kind regards

    Great use of space in the T5 however I'm going to try double sided tape to fix it rather than screw it into the space which will damage the original pocket of the van

    Hello, You don't have to screw it in as the cup holder goes in quite tightly into the pocket and all you have to do is slightly tighten the screw to lock it in place which will not do any damage to the original pocket of the van kind regards
