There was someone in ALL day. Saturday 5th July Out for delivery: 11.30 - 13.30 Delivered: 12.24 Left in the front garden, so no-one needed to be home! There was someone in ALL day. Why could they not have done this on Friday? The problem was the poor communications from EVRI.

They seem to have virtually ignored the seller who was put in a very difficult position. However, refund was made so, in the circumstances, I could ask no more (I'd have preferred the pen though!).
