    Great product

    Cleaned my dvd player perfectly on the first use. My dvd's dont jump and freeze anymore! Packaging says white brushes, mine came with red brushes, but thats the only slightly bad thing.

    price ok and is well packed, however the fluid provide to use with this product was worse than useless as it seemed to have congealed into a thick pasty goo. total waste of money.

    Warning - you need to change language to...

    Warning - you need to change language to English, easy to follow on screen instructions - cleaned - beautiful pictures on disc.....just my old DVD player still will not read. Least I have rules not a dirty disc problem. No brush for liquid cleaner.

    Does not work in CD Players

    I tried this product on 3 CD players and got a message saying no disk installed, contracted the supplier who kindly sent me a replacement on trying the new one but the same message appeared. I tried it in my DVD and it seemed to work. So do not buy this product if you want to use it to clean CD player heads as this was my reason for buying..
