    Neverwinter Nights (2002) An acknowledged classic

    Probably the most faithful adaptation of Pencil & graph paper AD&D ever created, it is still going strong some 15 YEAARS after release. YES the Aurora Engine is showing its age. YES the graphics are not photorealistic and low polygon BUT it is a Role Playing platform, where visual polish is second to narrative and Role Play, moreover, the community and modular support for the platform continues, along with support for Ravenloft and other settings. Beamdog software is releasing an Enhanced Edition - a Director's Cut, as it were for $40, including ALL expansions and premium modules AND the community expansions for FREE.
