On foot, I spotted the courier on his rounds, my parcel was on board, got a lift home, (heavy item), he scanned to complete delivery. Flooring was as described well packaged and great value! The telephone number given in eBay seems to be no longer available, but a quick search for there website yealded a valid number. They use eBay for all forms of updates which is limited. However, their service and value for money warents their five star ratings.
