I had a lot of difficulty contacting the seller; I needed this part very urgently due to disk failure in array, advised this straight up but it still didn't ship for two days so keep in mind if an emergency. It arrived within the time period, however the delay in shipping and responses to queries caused unnecessary stress (and risk). Pos+ review because item was well priced, in good condition and it turned out OK in the end.
