    My saddle arrived in good condition, just as described by the seller. It was shipped quickly and packaged appropriately. I believe it was a good value for the price. Also, the pictures provided definitely displayed all parts of the saddle so that it was easy to see it's condition.

    Seller misrepresented the saddle by omission. 2 tears on the bottom panels and very hard misshapen panels. Looked terrific in photos of the exterior leather. Bottom leather never cared for obviously. Too far to ship back economically so just must live with the disappointment.

    Turns out, eBay protects buyers by giving them 30 days to try to work out a refund or settlement. I settled in this situation for a partial refund because the seller was trying to lessen my disappointment in this saddle. Shipping overseas on a box this big made this a no win situation for us both. I believe this company will be more diligent in the future about inspecting before sending. I didn’t ask questions, bought too readily making an assumption about the saddle based upon manufacturer.
