When I messaged them asking the rest of my refund I was ignored I had to escalate it with EBay sending the evidence of my transaction and pictures and videos they refunded me. First of all, all our products are genuine as per all our reviews. 2nd, our Jaw listings clearly state the exp. dates in the tittles and descriptions hence why they are 15 pounds and not 60. 3rd, said buyer opened the bottles which can't be resold. 4th, said buyer spend 2 days messaging back and forth about info and we replied to all. 5th, made the purchases through multiples transactions and return process on 1 transaction for all the purchases then asking for refunds.
