    They work well for me !! .

    I find these suit me perfect. I only take 1 twice a day and it seems to sooth out my IBS. Also Helps as I get very constipated with the amount of medication I take daily . I also suffered from cramps and pains in the stomach . I have fibromyalgia aswell so taken a lot of painkillers I needed something natural to help..
