It was generally in good condition, but there was a sticky mark on the laptop palm rest, which was difficult to remove. This was, however, mentioned in the item listing. The supplied charger ran quite hot, so I had to buy a more powerful one. The seller refunded me the cost of the replacement charger. The seller was helpful and courteous.
