Being refurbished it is cheaper than new and so better value than a new Moto. The camera is awesome and the phone is lighter. The reason may be the only down side. The one disappointment was I e-mailed the supplier regarding a technical issue on the phone to see if they could answer my query. Alas they never replied or even acknowledged my e-mail to them, for that reason I will only give them 4 starts, had they answered me it would have been 5 stars. Supplier, remember, after service is important to your buyers....
