The item was package well, but delivery took 16 days. Once received, we noticed the machine was not supplied with the correct tooling, so we are unable to use the machine. When we spoke to Axminster about this, we were told by the guy on the phone, that he couldn't help and we would have to call back and speak to another colleague. He refused to put us through!
