Love this little beast
Only just started and still finding more and more variations on how to use this little beast. The drum sounds are excellent and the various settings allow a huge variety of crum beats and sounds. I've used the scratch method and calibration but tend to use the direct buttons a bit more when setting up a beat. I've only scratched the surface and looking forward to mastering the machine with more use. All in all, I'm very impressed. Capable drum machine, but not user friendly.
I spent a few days playing with it, but I could not get a rhythm that was natural or easy to set up. I am not a drummer, so I can't hit the little thumb pads to make the beat. I think I will sell this and get a regular drum machine.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great little drum machine!
Really great drum machine if you want something that's fairly quick and easy to get up and running. The samples are good, it has plenty of right hand rhythmic variation and grooves available via a rotary knob, and the ability to select alternate sounds (hat/ride/floor tom), (snare/cross-stick/tambourine) is really handy. The auto-generated chorus is also quite useful, especially if you want to create your drum parts on the fly. There is a bit of a learning curve, particularly if you want to utilize more than just its basic features, but it's worth diving into the manual to learn all that the SDRUM is capable of. Great creative tool and easy to use.
Amazing quality of features in such a compact pedal. Simple functions are super easy. I love that it can store up to 36 songs, each with its own verse, chorus, and bridge. Great versatile drum machine!
Well designed, durable and easy to use. Create drum patterns in 4/4, 3/4, rock, waltz, ballad, cha cha, etc. in variable tempo speed. Patterns/songs you create can be saved, or later modified or deleted. Good for home practice and playing out in public performances. Recommend the optional external FS3X three button foot switch as a must for gigging. My son and I are a two man band, each of us playing guitar and this Sdrum completes our performance to sound like a full band. Digitech SDRUM is like having a live drummer in the box. Awesome!!
This is like having a LIVE drummer in house at the pusho of a button. IT's a bit tricky to learn but WOW!!! when you get it it sounds amazing. Worth every penny. So glad I found it. Cheap too!! Truly amazing. I have a Boss RC505 with its drum sounds and the drum sounds on the Boss RC 505 really are bad. It is so inspiring as a musician to be able to program the sound you want and play along and record with it. I have recorded songs with it and it sounds like live drumming. Get it. What do you have to lose? Once you try it and play with it....you will be amazed. Feature packed pedal
Amazing all the features this pedal has, first thing when you get one is download full manuel. The best place to learn about this pedal is youtube by the pedal guy, very informative videos, 4 he has out on this pedal! Can be complicated at first but not bad after i watched videos on it. Learned everything now and theirs not much it doesnt do, it doesnt seem to like more than 2 bars or so with metronome on ive noticed but a really good pedal to learn timing and have fun with!Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

i DIDN'T LOOK INTO THIS PRODUCT ENOUGH BEFORE BUYING, i DIDN'T REALIZE THERE WERE NO DRUM PRESETS ON IT, i GAVE IT A QUIK TRY WHEN I REC'D IT BUT ITS NOT WHAT i WAS LOOKING FOR SO I RETURNED IT.
