    Never received item intended for a Christmas gift to family member. Item was purchased and immediately paid for on a Buy It Now listing. It was never shipped. I requested the shipment tracking number about 3 weeks after purchase, got no response from the seller. Initiated help request with eBay customer service. After eBay’s 3-day mandatory waiting period for seller to respond, eBay issued me a full refund. Never heard anything directly from the seller.

    I explained the item was lost during shipping but USPS during the holidays. AND eBay DID NOT issue the refund. I DID to keep you satisfied. but you can't make everybody happy i guess.
