    Daily dose of common sense

    It keeps the swelling in my joints to a bare minimum as I have wear and tear arthiritis because I have walked on crutches for most of my adult life. It is easy to swallow and it has never upset my stomach as some of the cheaper ones have. Having taken it for well over a year I can say without doubt that it has reduced inflamation and therefore pain, aiding mobility greatly Win win.
