    I was disappointed as although the particular brooch I received was in good condition the advertising , box and photos were misleading and I thought I was buying another brooch from an earlier year as the insignia photographed indicated that. I had to organise postage separately from the UK to NZ so by the time I received it and contacted the seller to query it was not cost effective to return it. I feel it was not accurately advertised and therefore misleading.

    The buyer was offered a full refund and return but stated they could not send it back because they had someone in the UK send to them overseas.
