Customer made no attempt to return item, which I would have gladly accepted and provided a full refund. I'm truly sorry that the insert was damaged during shipment. Customer left negative feedback without ever reaching out to inform me that it arrived damaged or letting me know they were unhappy with the product.

If any one is questioning this pack out accessory, "Don't" this gentleman is a fantastic engineer. Just one suggestion "my thoughts" add one more row towards the center of tray to accommodate the 9 piece but package.
