    Arrived on time but it seems to be faulty as it makes quite a bit of noise have messaged the seller and said it's because it's on too hot a spot and to move it to the side of flume still noisy??? This is my 2nd log burner fan and the first one never made a noise

    I've never sold a faulty item. It was tested before sale and works perfectly fine. Tried to explain in layman's terms the correct use of operation but obviously not followed. Negative feedback a result of confusion.
