Was shipped in good time and was packed very well by the seller, came exactly as described. Since it ended up working, was excellent value.

This laptop requires a 230W adapter and was received with a 90W adapter and the wrong cord to go from the adapter to the wall. When I contacted them about it, I got a quick reply, and apology, and quick shipping on the correct adapter with a tracking number. GREAT customer service!!
