Really impressed with their desire to ensure a satisfied customer - RM "lost" the package so delivery was delayed but DR did all they could to expedite delivery. Product is well made, I'd suggest anyone considering buying one to do your homework, watch You Tube videos and then buy one! There was a temptation to buy the similar, and cheaper, Oxford Products item but from forty years as a dealer I know you really do get what you pay for...
