Our first meal was sausages and roast potatoes and they came out beautifully dry and the potatoes crispy. I think we will save on electricity as we have a small family, and would prefer to use the main oven less. This fryer (really a cooker using hot air) is great if you wants a meal for one to four people. It does roast vegetables really well, so if you are not a meat lover, you can cook some great veg meals.
