    Unblocked sink pipe at seven meters along under the house.

    Bought this as the kitchen sink was blocked, I guessed the length of pipe was less than seven meters, so thought it should do the job. When it arrived it looked too thick to go around two right angle bends, but I gave it a go, and it went well. Using the drill helped immensely, got all seven meters down the pipe. Once removed poured boiling water down the sink, after reconnection of the ubend. Checked the septic tank, saw a four inch plug of a fatburg which the boiling water had dislodged and the sink is now clear. Hooray. If the length was seven meters and 100mm it would have been better.🥳

    It's ok

    The product was long enough but near the drill attachment it got twisted up very easily when the other leading end got stuck, after that it pretty quickly became useless. I'd only recommend it for light blockages to reach down those hard to reach places. It does seem like it would be best suited not to use the drill attachment, at least not a powerful drill. Perhaps a battery powered drill where it's easier to control the speed would allow you to come off the power quickly. I used an electric drill and the unblocker snake twisted in to knots before I could come off the power. The metal snake got twisted up like a telephone handsets cable and couldn't be used again. I would recommend a light touch when operating the drill.

    Very useful

    First remember to uncoil before use as I destroyed the drill end connection with the spring within first 5 minutes. Easy fix though. I also think the outer sheath is a bit too soft as something in my drain tore the outside Having said that it works and for the money it saved me a ton of money unblocking the drain. If it was slightly heavier duty I would prefer but overall it did the job

    Looks good and sturdy but failed....so far.

    I could not get it round the bend in the toilet. Maybe with practice I could find a way. The length of the tool would be useful in some circumstances but is unweildy in a small bathroom. I had to lay it along the landing and back again. I've not trued it down a sink plughole yet.

    A totally usless poorly designed item that quickly fails on use

    A Very poor design, A spring that rotates in a poly plastic sleeve. The poly plastic sleeve has a very thin wall & the inner spring catches the sleeve & twists it out of shape. This results that the spring will not turn within the sleeve any more making the item totally useless. I used a portable drill with this on the lowest clutch setting. The thing only lasted about 30 seconds before it wrecked its A total waste of money
