    seller was given several days to get the machine ready for a courier that I had committed £250 expenditure to for collection. Messaged me at 5pm day before collection to say it was impossible to get the machine ready for collection and that now the machine was damaged. Be wary of this seller.

    As you required an 8am courier we were not permitted to move the unit to reception until the evening before collection. On attempting to move the machine from the 5th to the ground floor it became clear that it was too big and heavy to take down the flights of stairs without dismantling the machine. As soon as this became evident we did try to contact you. I find your comment to be wary of this seller to be most unfair.
