Product Information

As Simba, you must not only fight your way through many stages of peril, but also grow up in the process. As a cub, you'll have to learn what it takes in order to become the ideal Lion King by perfecting your roar, mastering your pounce, and learning to fight with all four feet. <br><br>Most of the time, Simba is confronted with side-scrolling platforming, but levels such as the "Wildebeest Stampede" provide variety with a head-on 3D approach as the future Lion King must manage to not get trampled.<br><br>Once Simba is grown up (having met everyone's favorite meerkat/boar combo, Timon and Pumbaa), he'll be confronted with his ultimate challenge. He must defeat his Uncle Scar who has killed his father and king of the land,Mufasa, taking the crown for his own. Simba must stop Scar and reclaim what is rightfully his. He must become The Lion King.

    Great Disney Game

    I’ve had the lion king years ago for my birthday when I was a kid, but lost it after I moved. I was bummed. I’m happy I found the game along with the boxed cartridge and manual! I always like to collect video games with their box and manual. It’s more value and I admire the art work! Great game and everything works great!

    Graphics and Gameplay better than expected

    The game setup is very simple. However, from what I remember I knew that the game play was very compelling but I had no idea the graphics were this good! I've only played through a few levels but it is really interesting game play. The only criticism is that the controls are not very responsive, but I think it's because of the overall response time of the controller itself and not due to the game. Overall great buy for the price.

    Great condition and love the packaging.

    It was a great nostalgic feeling to open up the original box of this game. My daughter loves the game which is nice. She's not use to great graphics since I keep the Xbox to myself for now. But it's nice that she and her mother appreciates the old games. The game works flawlessly so kudos on selling this with the box as well.
