    Don't understand!

    I WAS NOT IMPRESSED with the package as it did not arrive in working order Problems Wheels dirty required heavy cleaning. Same for tender. Pick ups needed adjusting and heavy cleaning & tender connection badly damaged. Tender to Loco connection wires both broken, needed repair. Loco was over priced re above issues
