The sad fact is while RM are as expensive as say Evri (hermes) & they are completely usless and very very slow. Average 48 hr delivery times take a week minimum, with pointless tracking that just says 'we have it'. Yet order from China and it has detailed tracking and arrives often sooner. So why use royal mail ?
