    Disclosing tablets

    These are very very good for highlighting the plaque on ones teeth to ensure they get a thorough scrub! I’d say they’re a little expensive to use every day but they are worth using. I’d recommend using half a tablet for little mouths (under 9 years maybe) but a word of warning - they turn your tongue a very deep shade of cerise pink for several hours afterwards!

    Stains tongue

    It certainly shows the plaque, but also stains tongue for several hours. Thought this would be great for the kids to help them realise how thoroughly they need to clean teeth. I remember having some plaque pills when I was younger (over 20 years ago) but they were nothing like this. These have ended up in the bin unfortunately. Also stained a school shirt when my son dribbled a bit while spitting out.

    Surprised by what I saw

    Bought this for my daughter but I can't remember if the dentist recommended it. Anyway she said it's good and I'll be surprised if I used it. I did try a tablet and definitely was. Identifying new plaque gives me the chance to concentrate on the particular areas much better and I'll use a tablet to check in in a few days.
