    Item arrived safely but was not packaged with a great deal of care. No bubble wrap used to absorb impact (only flat polystyrene) and a black bag that came apart and had part of the case exposed and slightly damaged. Sound post was rolling around inside the instrument and bow is not usable. I did find the shipping to be a bit excessive, but all in all, it was a good deal and seller was easy to communicate with.
