Very well-packaged with anti-static bag and layers of cardboard and compartment sized perfectly for the CPU. I initially had issues with it not working in my retro system, but the very knowledgeable seller was able to solve this by providing an update to a non-official BIOS (they still offered a refund if we were unable to get it operational). The CPU is working perfectly now with a clear performance boost. 5 stars all round for a excellent seller!
