Wish same could be said of Royal Mail...yet again another message that delivery delayed and don't get me on about their tracking service. It's a common occurance for them to respond to enquiries with "Tracking will be updated on delivery" what an earth is the point??

There was a problem with the insoles missing from the trainer's but this was quickly resolved and I received the missing parts within 2 days.
