      As it was within Central London I was able to collect this lot from the vendor - which made a nice change. As result postage & packaging wasn't an issue. Very pleased to obtain a piece of philatelic history, which ticked two boxes as a collector - forgeries in general and Montenegro - one of my Balkan countries. I have no idea as to its value to others but I was very happy with the price! 😁
