      Item arrived safely but was not packaged with a great deal of care. No bubble wrap used to absorb impact (only flat polystyrene) and a black bag that came apart and had part of the case exposed and slightly damaged. Sound post was rolling around inside the instrument and bow is not usable. I did find the shipping to be a bit excessive, but all in all, it was a good deal and seller was easy to communicate with.

      Fast postage, but not packaged well at all. Why did you just cover the records with cardboard that reached 80% of the size of the records leaving the sleaves exposed to being damaged? There's no reason to not make the cardboard wrapper larger to protect the sleaves. Also it was then put in an A4 envelope with no additional padding, allowing everything to rattle around inside, and using EVRI is a death sentence for anything being posted. It was RAMMED through my letterbox. Try harder, please.
