It states in the sellers listing that refunds/returns are accepted, but I’ve only been offered £9 by the seller instead of £15.99. When I queried this with them, they said I can keep the dress and they will still give me £9, even though I’d explained the dress didn’t fit me. I have reported this to ebay who have confirmed I am entitled to a full refund.
