      One of the best buys for the money

      This is the third one of these I have bought. They are reliable, smooth drag, easy to get parts if needed. But it is not common to need parts. Almost a bullet proof little reel. The only draw back is they do not come in left hand retrieve.

      Solid Performance

      I fish the Great Lakes, I have had 4 of these reels on my boat for 20 years +, I have just added 2 more, there is nothing fancy about these reels, they just work. They are a solid, dependable, low maintenance work horse of a reel, that can handle any situation I get into, from temps ranging from 100 degrees in the summer to below freezing temps in the fall, it doesn't matter what we fish for, if we have on a 25 lb King Salmon, to the hard runs of a Steelhead or dragging in a 2 lb Walleye, I just have confidence in my reels. That's important to me.

      Nice medium duty rig.

      I paired it with a ugly stik tiger for fishing the jetties. Landed a 42" bull red the first trip out and had 4 others on. Spooled it with 40lb power pro. I'd buy another without hesitation.

      I almost don't want to to this. Because, before I ha multiple Youtube videos on how good these reels are I paid a lot less for them. They have skyrocketed in price
