    Great lens for still or video

    I'm really glad I chose this lens vs the 45-150mm lens. This lens is compact, takes the same size filter (46mm) as the 14-42mm kit zoom, and doesn't weigh a ton, which makes holding it steady at full zoom much easier. I also like the fact that all the lens movement is internal, so the external length never changes with the zoom. The power zoom is great for shooting video.
