Item just as pictured and described and it’s good value, however I specifically asked for the item to be shipped in a box to protect its shape and not get crushed in transit, but it was instead shipped in an envelope, and it arrived smushed.       I ordered a stuffed black bear from this seller for my son. The first one I received was not the item I ordered. The seller was responsive and sent me the correct bear. However, when the correct bear arrived, it was damaged. The packaging was not damaged, so that damage pre-existed being sent to me, and it was not mentioned or shown in the listing. The seller was responsive and accommodating, but this was a frustrating experience when 0/2 attempts were what I had purchased.
