    Very disappointing service. Package arrived smelling like something had died in it. On opening, the coat was wet and stinking. The coat was dirty and had a massive hole and another smaller hole next to it, beared no resemblance whatsoever to the photos in the listing. Seller tried to blame the courier, but the outer parcel was undamaged. Seller gave partial refund, but, given the condition the coat arrived in, I felt a return with full refund was the only option. What went wrong here? Awful !
