It was exactly as in the picture and very fast delivery. *Do read the RED text in the description to get the correct type though as there's two* I didn't and had to return the first one I bought though that went smoothly with a quick refund. Really easy to install and great quality - doesnt look like a cheap knock-off flex, matches the GHD's and looks original. You wouldnt know the difference. Had my wife's straighteners working in minutes. Very happy. The cables are made of pliable PVC so less likely to kink when in use and also less stress on the copper internal wires, little things like that ensure our cables last longer than others.
