    I purchased this particular item because they offered returns. When I received the item it was way too small and wasn't in as good of shape as they stated on the listing. I have attempted to contact them on several occasions with not even an acknowledgement. I am not the kind to leave negative feedback without provocation but maybe I can get someone's attention and resolve my issue.
