Cheap for a reason.
Used twice as a deterrent on my trailer and the lock packed up. The discs inside of the lock turn and it was nearly impossible to to get the key in to undo the lock. It took about 5 mins of jiggling the key to line the discs up before it would unlock - useless. The chain looks ok, but may or may not be any good. However the chain 'looks' the part which is fine to put off the opportunist thief.
