Item as described, but I bought it on the 11th and it was shipped on the 17th and arrived on the 31st. I was charged 18.00$ US for that poor service. I checked here for the shipping price to your adress and for 7.46$ CAD 3-6 business days and full tracking.

We are sorry to hear that. Initially we did sent package out on the 13th LM987531548US and the bubble mailer was ripped at our local post office. It was returned to us. Thus we re-send it on the 17th. USPS starting rate to send a package to Canada is $17. The rate is posted on the USPS website. We didn't over charge you on shipping. Canadian might have a different rate. However that's the USPS rate to ship from the U,S that we used to sent you the package.
