Goods arrived on time, were well packaged, and as described and shown. I have sat on it every day, on my futon sofa frame, for a few weeks now and it is far more comfortable than the old one I had, though it is twice the thickness. The foam inside feels 'lumpy' at first and slightly odd to sit on, but soon settles and becomes more comfortable. There were no 'smells', as some had reported, other than the smell of new foam, which has now disappeared. The cover is 'functional' rather than 'luxury'.
